I‘m midway through Flindra’s Journey for the second time…My deepest compliments. Your maiden with the forest in her eyes, wind and rain in her voice, and Truth and Goodness in her quiver is beautiful. Her king whose knowing touch stretches deep distances to feel the pulse of truth is beautiful. Your ancient Mystic who stands and bears the Staggering weight of Memory that is Unbearable is beautiful. The Stalwarts with the gruff honest strength of lives lived with decisive clarity irregardless of risk are beautiful. The Dark poison that seeps into the small hearts and minds—is the touch from the most Ancient and Blackest of Evils. It has a name…this ‘Nameless One. May the Spirit continue to speak through your pen. – N. Hendry
Truthfully, I believe that The Heir of King Meldh is the best book I have ever read, better than Harry Potter, The Lost Years of Merlin, or any other book for that matter. Flindra’s kindness and beliefs are something that I have always believed in, but I could never find any books that agreed. Keep writing. – Z. Ahlers
Read this book! Enclosed herewith – a check for another copy of “The Heir” – V. Olds
I consider myself lucky to have stumbled across your book in our local thrift store. Although somewhat worn, I found the copy to almost call to me, though I was not there to purchase more books that day. Though the difficult haying this year prevented me from reading it for a while, I found once I began it, I literally could not put it down. For two full days and most of this night, I completely neglected my household chores, so thoroughly entranced was I by Flindra’s journey. I commend you on your beautiful and awesome portrayal of Spirit and our Creator. In fact, your wonderful story has inspired me to once again pick up my pen, which I had lain down recently during some difficult times. I know I am called to write with a certainty I cannot explain. However, it is all too easy to consider my simple words not worthy of anyone else’s attention. In some ways your story has shown me why that is, for darkness is certainly no unknown in our world. I thank you for your book, and I thank the Holy Spirit for guiding me to it. I anxiously await the sequel! – M. Cook
What a fantastic story! I literally could not put the book down. Although I no longer have to sneak late night reading in with a flashlight like I did as a kid, Flindra’s exciting adventures definitely kept me up long past my bedtime…”just one more page”. A wonderful story. I am anxiously awaiting the next book. – M. Gagen
I really enjoyed the book. It has a unique plot that pulls you in and won’t let go. . . even after you finish the book. I can’t wait for the sequel. UPDATE! I loved the first book, but in my humble opinion, Kriki’s Gift outshines it! Please continue writing! – A. Greeb
